ضمن فعاليات مهرجان جرش الدولي للثقافة والفنون لعام 2004، يعقد ملتقى القانون العالمي في الفترة من 4/8/2004 ولغاية 6/8/2004، حيث تقام فعاليات هذا الملتقى في المركز الثقافي الملكي / عمان، وبإشراف الفنانين صخر حتر و إميل حداد.
يشارك في هذا الملتقى الفنان( فرات قدوري) ونخبة من أهم عازفي آلة القانون في العالم بالإضافة إلى باحثين ونقاد وصناع آلات مهرة.

(The director of the Stamford Harp Festival Mr Lowings and several other experts are involved in recreating the first working copy of the famous Harp of Ur which was sadly destroyed in the Baghdad museum during the war. at the second confronts in London the team well invite furat to play at al kufa Gallery in 30/06/04.).

We have discussed your ideas and proposals with other members of the committee and listened to several samples of your music, we feel that our project would greatly benefit from the expertise and experience of a well known Iraqi musician like your self. Therefore we are very pleased to invite you to our next gathering for further discussions and to perform and play your music at the Kufa Gallery. The gathering will be held at the Kufa Gallery in central London on the 30th of June 2004.
We would be very honoured if you would represent the Iraqi community as well as to present the ancient form of our most famous instrument to the press.

أرتأت نخبة من الواعين والمثقفين وبعض الخبراء المتخصصين في تاريخ الألات الموسيقية في اوربا على بناء نسخة مماثلة من) قيثارة أور الذهبية( التي سرقة من المتحف العراقي بعد احتلال العراق 2003, كما تنوي هذه النخبة ان تعمل جولة لعرضها في عدد من البلدان المختلفة وعمل حفلات موسيقية ومن خلال هذه العروض يمكن ان تعمل توعية على مستوى عالمي عن حضارت العراق . ولقد اقترحت النخبة بعد الأنتهاء من صناعة القيثارة ان يعزف عليها بمصاحبة الة القانون كون أن الة القانون تعتبر الدستور لباقي الآلات العربية الأخرى والتي يرجع تأريخها الى القرن التاسع قبل الميلاد اي ( العصر الآشوري الحديث ) . وسيعزف على الة القانون الفنان فرات حسين قدوري عضو اللجنة المشرفة على اعادة صناعة قيثارة أور وسيقام الحفل في كالاري الكوفة في لندن 30/6/04.

اخر النشاطات وابرزها في 2002 و2003 مهرجان صوت المرءه في بروكسل حيث رشحت للعمل على تدريب مطربه بلجيكيا من اصل مغربي و لأعطائها دروس في الموسيقى والغناءالعربي مع تدريب الفرقه الموسيقيه على الأغاني والمقطوعات العربيه وقمت بأعداد وتاليف بعض الأعمال الموسيقيه. والنشاط الأخر هو مهرجان موزارت وهو من اهم المهرجانات الموسيقى الكلاسيكيه في اوربا/ بلجيكا حيث عزفنا موسيقى موزارت بالألات العربيه.والنشاط الأخر هو دعوه من راديو وتلفزيون العرب للعزف المنفرد في مهرجان مطر الصحراء/ افتزونا /ايطاليا ( ART)  هذا بألأضافه الى عده مشاركات حديثه وجريئه بالنسبه لأله القانون, قانون و موسيقى غجريه من دول البلقان, وقانون مع موسيقى هنديه وبنكلاديشيه, وقانون مع فلامنكو, وقانون مع موسيقى ايطاليه وقانون مع بيانو وكلارنيت (موسيقى كلاسيكيه). وقانون مع موسيقى الجاز وقانون مع المولويه والدراويش وقانون مع التراتيل والموسيقى السريانيه في كنيسه. معظم هذه الحفلات في المركز الثقافي العربي في بروكسل . واخر النشاطات أمسيتين في ايطاليه / دار الحكمه وعده حفلات في المانيه مع جماعه لكش.
